Do Gibson make good quality acoustic guitar strings?

I saw some of there strings at Guitar Center and I thought %26quot;since they make good guitars, why not good strings?%26quot; i%26#039;m looking for very good strings for my acoustic guitar. What do you think of their strings?

how much? just cause there names on the package dosent mean they made themI tried the elixirs at the request of my local shop owner,now I use nothing else, about 18 bucks, try em you%26#039;ll like em
Reply:they are pretty good but their nylon strings aren%26#039;t the best so i%26#039;d get copper-wrapped.

Reply:I wouldn%26#039;t trust them.. Gibson makes by far the best guitars, but i don%26#039;t know about the strings. I use Ernie Ball Earthwood silk %26amp; steel for my acoustic and I love them. They have a soft feel, good sound, and they last a long time. The elixirs are good, but very expensive.
